紫外线照射实验动物的皮肤光老化模型研究进展(3)
光老化造模的时间相对较长,根据不同动物皮肤厚度不同,照射剂量亦不同。但无疑过长的紫外线照射会致动物眼睛损伤,一旦损伤则会给实验带来干扰因素,影响实验结果。所以,为了确保照射剂量较准确,照射部位精准,照射时固定实验动物是一个不错的选择。麻醉虽然操作简单,但难以控制麻醉剂量,易致死,而且光老化照射次数多,反复麻醉不推荐使用。如果可以就不同的实验动物进行头部及重要部位的遮挡及四肢固定,这样既可以进行自身照射后效果对比,又可以简易地判断MED,是较为理想的照射方法。
未来,随着人类科技的不断进步,求美者的不断增多,治疗光老化皮肤的方法将多种多样。现已有多篇文章证明了脂肪干细胞、间充质干细胞、维甲酸、点阵激光等均具有治疗皮肤光老化的作用[17,26-28]。鉴于这一特点,未来光老化老模型必定会在对抗衰治疗的探索中不断完善,更加与人类衰老皮肤相似。
