瘢痕畸形修复结合早期系统康复训练治疗患儿手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的：探討瘢痕畸形修复结合早期系统康复训练治疗患儿手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形的临床效果。方法：选取2016年3月-2017年3月笔者医院收治的手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形患儿66例，应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组仅采用瘢痕畸形修复治疗，观察组采用瘢痕畸形修复结合早期系统康复训练治疗，比较两组患儿的手部功能恢复效果、心理状态、不良反应发生情况及外观恢复满意度。结果：观察组手部功能恢复优良率为90.91%显著高于对照组的57.58%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组心理状态各项指标评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.06%显著低于对照组的27.27%，且观察组手部外观满意度为93.94%显著高于对照组的72.73%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：瘢痕畸形修复结合早期系统康复训练治疗小儿手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形治疗效果显著，可使手部功能得到有效恢复，改善患儿心理状态，降低不良反应发生率，改善患儿手部外观，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical effect of scar deformity repair combined with early systemic rehabilitation training for scar deformity after hand burn in children. Methods 66 cases of children with scar deformity after hand burn treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table. The control group was treated with scar deformity repair only， the observation group was treated with scar deformity repair combined with early systematic rehabilitation training. The recovery of hand function， mental state， adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of hand function recovery in the observation group was 90.91%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group(57.58%)， the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment， the scores of mental state in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.27%， P<0.05). And the appearance satisfaction of the observation group was 93.94%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%， P<0.05). Conclusion Scar deformity repair combined with early systematic rehabilitation training has obvious therapeutic effect on the scar deformity of children after hand burn， can promote the effective recovery of the hand function， and improve the mental state of the children， reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment process， improve the appearance of the children's hands.
