烤瓷熔附金属修复体在前牙美容中的应用及对患者牙齿美观评分的影响(1)
[摘要]目的：探討烤瓷熔附金属修复体在前牙美容中的应用及对患者牙齿美观评分的影响。方法：选择2015年1月-2017年2月笔者科室进行前牙美容修复治疗的164例患者，根据修复体不同分为对照组(n=82例)和观察组(n=82例)。对照组采用玻璃陶瓷全瓷冠修复，观察组采用烤瓷熔附金属修复体，两组均连续进行12个月修复，修复完毕后对患者进行疗效评估。采用美国公共健康协会(USPHS)量表从固位、颜色匹配、边缘着色、继发龋、解剖形态、表面光滑度、敏感度对两组牙齿美观进行评估；记录并统计两组修复后基牙疼痛、牙过敏疼痛、牙龈炎及食物嵌塞发生率；采用咬合力测定仪测定患者治疗前、治疗后12个月咬合力；采用称重法对两组治疗前、治疗后12个月患者咀嚼效率进行评估，比较两组修复效果及对患者牙齿美观、咀嚼功能的影响。结果：观察组烤瓷熔附金属修复体修复后12个月固位、颜色匹配、边缘着色、继发龋、解剖形态、表面光滑度、敏感度评分，均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后12个月基牙疼痛、牙过敏疼痛、牙龈炎及食物嵌塞发生率与对照组比较，均低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组咬合力与咀嚼效率与对照组比较，均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：将烤瓷熔附金属修复体用于前牙美容修复中有助于提高牙齿美观评分，并发症发生率较低，且未对患者咀嚼功能产生影响，值得临床推广应用。

The occlusal force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of porcelain fused metal restorations for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth can improve the aesthetic score of teeth， and the incidence of complications is low.
