光动力疗法联合粉刺挤压术治疗中重度痤疮疗效分析(1)
[摘要]目的:探討光动力疗法联合粉刺挤压术治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法:选择笔者医院皮肤科门诊2016年10月-2017年12月收治的150例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组。对照组:75例,采用粉刺挤压术进行治疗;观察组:75例,采用光动力疗法联合粉刺挤压术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后皮损个数、生活质量(Acne-QOL量表)、临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗前皮损个数、GAGS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者皮损个数、GAGS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前,生活质量各维度与Acne-QOL总分均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,各维度评分与Acne-QOL总分均显著增加,且观察组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.67%;对照组为72.00%(P<0.05);两组患者均有不同程度的肿胀疼痛、红斑、干燥脱屑、色素沉着、反应性痤疮、面部瘙痒情况发生,对照组反应性痤疮发生率显著低于观察组(P<0.05);两组患者其他不良反应均无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者均随访3个月,观察组无复发,对照组有9例(12.00%)复发(P<0.05)。结论:光动力疗法联合粉刺挤压术治疗中重度痤疮疗效显著,降低了复发率,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

The number of skin lesions, clinical efficacy, recurrence rate before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. The occurrence of adverse reactions. After treatment, the number of skin lesions and GAGS scores in the two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67%; the control group was 72% (P<0.05); the two groups had different degrees of swelling pain, erythema and dry in different degrees. The incidence of dry desquamation, pigmentation, reactive acne and facial itching occurred in the control group, the incidence of reactive acne in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05); the other side effects in the two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05); the two groups were followed up for 3 months, the observation group had no recurrence, 9 cases (12%) had relapse in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Photodynamic combined with acne extrusion can significantly improve the treatment effect of moderate to severe acne, reduce the recurrence rate, and have high safety, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application., http://www.100md.com(吴红 薛梅)
