[摘要]目的：探讨自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨联合膨体材料在鼻整形术中的应用效果。方法：选择笔者医院2016年1月-2017年7月收治的42例接受鼻部整形术的就医者为研究对象，以鼻小柱“飞鸟”形切口加鼻翼软骨缘切口，切开分离鼻背皮肤，显露两侧鼻翼软骨及侧鼻软骨，沿着中线分离、取出深部鼻中隔软骨，雕刻塑形后移植于两鼻翼软骨间，使两侧鼻翼软骨联合鼻中隔软骨形成新的鼻小柱。将取下的耳软骨雕刻成盾牌状，缝合固定于鼻小柱前端。将膨体雕刻成柳叶形，插入鼻背并固定数针，间断缝合切口。结果：42例就医者术后效果良好，各比例符合美学要求，外观及触感自然，无严重并发症发生。随访6～12个月，对鼻形态满意率高达93%。结论：应用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨联合膨体材料行鼻整形术，术后外鼻形态改善良好，满意度高，是较理想的手术方法。
