[摘要]目的：总结应用逆行腓肠神经血管轴形皮瓣修复踝部深度创面的相关技术问题，提高手术效果，避免术后并发症。方法：回顾性分析2010年3月-2016年10月笔者科室收治的8例应用逆行腓肠神经血管轴形皮瓣修复踝部深度创面患者，归纳总结术中相关技术问题，对手术设计、注意事项及并发症发生情况予以分析。结果：本组共8例，术后7例切口一期愈合，1例出现皮瓣下渗液，冲洗引流后皮瓣愈合，创面封闭;1例并发供瓣区植皮部分皮肤坏死。8例足外侧区感觉麻木(3个月后均自行恢复)，术后无感染等并发症发生。结论：应用逆行腓肠神经血管轴形皮瓣修复踝部深度创面，安全可靠，疗效显著。
