Bio-Oss人工骨粉在前牙美学区骨量不足种植修复中的疗效观察(1)
[摘要]目的：探究Bio-Oss人工骨粉在前牙美学区骨量不足种植修复中的美学效果。方法：回顾性分析2016年1月-2018年7月在笔者医院就诊的40例行前牙美学区骨量不足的种植体修复患者的诊疗情况，根据其治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组进行自体骨的种植，并使用Bio-Guid骨膜植入缺牙部位;观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合Bio-Oss人工骨粉植入缺牙部位。治疗后，对两组患者治疗效果，骨吸收量、软组织红色美学评分(Soft tissue red aesthetic score， PES)、牙周情况及并发症发生率对比分析。结果：观察组的治疗有效率(95.00%)与对照组(65.00%)比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的骨吸收量、PES评分、牙龈指数(Gingival index，GI)、龈沟的出血指数(Bleeding index of the sulcus ，SBI)、菌斑指数(Plaque index，PLI)、牙齿松动度(Tooth looseness，MD)评分与对照组比较无明显差异，无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较，无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：Bio-Oss人工骨粉对前牙美学区骨量不足种植修复有较好疗效及美学效果，且预后良好，可临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of Bio-Oss artificial bone powder in the restoration of bone mass in the edentulous aesthetic area. Methods Retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of 40 patients with implants with insufficient bone mass in the edentulous aesthetic area from January 2016 to July 2018. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into control group (n=20) and observation group (n=20).The control group was implanted， and the missing part was implanted with Bio.Guid periosteum. The observation group was implanted with Bio-Oss artificial bone powder in the edentulous part based on the control group. After treatment， the treatment effect， bone resorption， soft tissue red aesthetic score (PES)， periodontal status and complication rate were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the treatment group (95.00%) and the control group (65.00%). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in bone resorption， PES score， GI， SBI， PL1 and MD scores between the observation group and the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). In addition， there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Bio-Oss artificial bone powder has good curative effect and aesthetic effect on the lack of bone mass in the edentulous aesthetic area， and the prognosis is good. It is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
