[摘要]随着自体脂肪移植技术的逐渐成熟，该技术被广泛应用于整形外科的各个领域。乳腺癌切除术后，自体脂肪移植用于即刻乳房重建也得到了初步应用，取得了良好的美学效果，且并发症较低，但安全性仍然是阻碍该技术用于即刻乳房重建的重要因素。目前，并没有明确的证据证明脂肪移植会增加肿瘤的复发率，本文就近年来自体脂肪移植在乳腺癌术后即刻乳房重建中的研究进展进行综述。
