[摘要]目的：探讨颌面部电锯外伤患者的一期急诊美容修复效果。方法：回顾性分析27例颌面部电锯伤患者，一期急诊行整形美容修复，全程预防瘢痕形成，行干预治疗。结果：术后随访4～12个月，1例术后2周出现腮腺瘘，1例患者出现凹陷性瘢痕，经干预治疗所有患者术后效果满意，无需二期手术修复。结论：颌面部电锯伤患者尽管创面污染严重、创缘碾挫不齐，经仔细清创、一期美容修复后，面部结构精细复位，效果满意。
