2点阵激光联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子软膏治疗痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕疗效研究> 超脉冲CO2点阵激光(1)
[摘要]目的：探究超脈冲CO2点阵激光联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)软膏治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕临床疗效，为患者的治疗提供参考。方法：选择笔者医院2016年3月-2018年3月收治的寻常性痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕患者98例，按照入院ID将其分为观察组50例和对照组48例，其中对照组采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合bFGF软膏进行治疗，每月1次，连续治疗3次，治疗完成1个月后，分析两组患者临床疗效、VISIA检测结果、VSS评分及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率为94.0%，明显高于对照组(85.4%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的VISIA检测评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前，两组患者VSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后，观察组VSS评分为(5.9±0.7)分，明显低于对照组(6.4±0.9)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后不良反应发生率为4.0%，明显低于对照组(14.6%，P<0.05)。结论：超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合bFGF软膏治疗寻常性痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕具有良好的临床效果，安全性较好，能有效改善患者面部美观，值得在临床中推广。

Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical effect of acne scars of acne vulgaris with dot matrix CO2 laser combined with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) ointment， and provide reference for the treatment of patients. Methods 98 patients with acne scars of acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the patient admission ID， they were divided into observation group 50 cases and control group 48 cases. The patients were treated with dot matrix CO2 laser. The observation group was treated with bFGF ointment on the basis of the control group. Once a month， after 3 months of continuous treatment， the clinical efficacy， VISIA test results， VSS score and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results After treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.4%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VISIA test score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference in VSS score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment， the VSS score of the observation group was (5.9±0.7)， which was significantly lower than that of the control group (6.4±0.9). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.0%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group (14.6%， P<0.05). Conclusion Dot matrix CO2 laser combined with bFGF ointment has a good clinical effect in treating acne scars of acne vulgaris， it has good safety and can effectively improve the facial appearance of patients.
