[摘要]目的：探讨经乳晕Ω形切口行乳房聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出术的临床应用与操作体会。方法：对81例既往行注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳并要求取出的患者，采用经乳晕Ω形切口取出聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的方法，并观察其疗效。结果：本组81例患者术后随访6～12个月，乳房恢复自然外观，手术痕迹不明显，聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶清除率高，患者对手术效果满意。结论：采用经乳晕Ω形切口在直视下行乳房聚丙烯酰胺取出术，体表瘢痕不明显，手术创伤小，注射材料清除率高，患者满意度高，是值得推广的手术方式。

    Abstract： Objective To investigate the advantages of breast polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) extraction through “Ω” incision of areola and discuss the clinical applications and operation experiences.
