[摘要]目的：观察聚桂醇治疗化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效和安全性。方法：回顾性分析2017年10月-2019年1月笔者科室门诊采用聚桂醇治疗化脓性肉芽肿患者的临床资料并统计治疗效果。结果：所有患者经过1～3次治疗可痊愈，无1例出现感染、溃疡、坏死、色素沉着和瘢痕形成，随访6个月无复发。结论：聚桂醇治疗化脓性肉芽肿操作简单、安全有效，可能成为化脓性肉芽肿的一线治疗选择，尤其是对于手术困难区的病变。
