    [摘要]目的：探讨皮肤减张器对整形外科张力性手术切口愈合及后期瘢痕增生的影响。方法：2018年6月-2019年6月笔者科室共收治各类张力性手术切口患者110例，通过皮下逐层减张缝合、皮内间断缝合、皮肤美容缝合、皮肤减张器外固定的方法，从皮下、皮内及皮肤表面三个层次来充分减张，使切口低张力愈合，观察切口愈合情况及瘢痕增生情况。结果：110例张力性手术切口均一期愈合，术后均未发生感染、红肿及裂开。随访6个月，除2例面部、2例腹部、2例胸部、1例前臂、1例大腿、2例腹股沟区、1例背部瘢痕稍明显外，其余99例瘢痕纤细不明显，4例瘢痕疙瘩切口，均无复发。2例减张缝合器固定部位出现水疱，经处理后痊愈。结论：皮肤减张器能促进整形外科张力性手术切口愈合，减轻瘢痕增生。
