    [摘要]目的：探究重組牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合Q开关Nd：YAG激光对玫瑰痤疮患者面部皮损及瘢痕修复的影响。方法：选取2018年8月-2019年8月于笔者医院就诊的52例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=26)和对照组(n=26)。对照组：予以Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗及莫匹罗星软膏涂抹;观察组：在对照组治疗的基础上予以重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶外用。激光治疗后，两组均连续外用药物2周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效，治疗前后各类皮损计数、皮损及瘢痕评价情况，治疗期间不良反应及治疗后3个月复发情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组(88.46% vs 61.54%，P0.05)。结论：重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗玫瑰痤疮能够有效改善患者皮肤微循环，恢复患者皮肤屏障正常功能，改善面部皮损及毛细血管扩张等症状，促进皮损及瘢痕的修复，且不会增加药物不良反应，患者短期内复发率较低，值得临床推广应用。
