    [摘要]目的：研究针对80岁以上高龄患者，采用病灶扩大切除术加局部皮瓣转移修补的可行性。方法：本研究收集了2016年6月-2019年12月在笔者科室治疗的符合纳入标准的11例80岁以上高龄的非黑素瘤患者。术前按Charlson法评估高龄患者的全身合并症。选用全身麻醉下病灶扩大切除加局部转移皮瓣修复手术治疗，术后随访1～2年。结果：术中扩大切除瘤体并根据瘤体生长部位及组织缺损的大小设计各类邻近皮瓣修复，所有患者均安全耐受手术。随访中2例患者1年后因合并症离世。其余患者均未见局部肿瘤的复发，并对术后的面部外形表示满意。结论：全身麻醉下病灶扩大切除加局部转移皮瓣修补，可在兼顾患者手术预后和外观恢复的前提下降低手术难度，提高手术的安全性。并能有效减低术后肿瘤的复发及获得满意的术后面容，对于高龄患者是可靠和适用的。
