    [摘要]目的：探究糖尿病及牙周炎伴牙列缺損患者种植治疗的预后疗效，以此作为该类患者种植治疗术前评估，为提高种植成功率提供参考依据。方法：分别于种植前和种植后4周、12周与24周收集2型糖尿病患者组、牙周炎患者组以及对照组患者唾液，记录探诊深度、测量种植体稳定性，实验ELISA法检测唾液中的IL-1β与TNF-α，荧光定量PCR测量TF、Pg、Td、Fn的相对SQ值变化。结果：2型糖尿病患者组、牙周炎患者组的ISQ值与对照组比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论：菌斑控制良好的牙周炎患者与血糖控制良好的糖尿病患者，均可取得与正常患者一致的种植初期稳定性，且炎性因子和细菌水平持续降低，提示两者均可以取得较好的种植预后效果。
