    [摘要]关注手部卫生及手部健康问题是预防疾病、控制感染的重要环节，特别是新型冠状病毒流行期间，手部健康尤为重要。手部基础护理包括加强防护，减少刺激，使用润肤剂。而针对皮肤疾病，如刺激性接触性皮炎以外用疗法为主，手部湿疹、汗疱疹及掌跖脓疱病可采用内服外用等多种疗法。本文旨在探讨手部皮肤的常见问题及相应处理措施，为手部皮肤的护理和常见疾病治疗提供思路。

    Abstract： Pay attention to hand hygiene and hand health problems are important links to prevent diseases and control infection， especially during the epidemic period of COVID-19， hand health is particularly important.Basic hand care includes enhanced protection， reduced irritation， and the use of emollients.
