    [摘要]目的：探讨自体纳米脂肪移植治疗上睑凹陷的临床效果。方法：选取大腿外侧作为脂肪供区，采用Coleman脂肪抽吸技术，将获得的结构脂肪组织按Tonnard机械乳化方法制成纳米脂肪，再使用钝头注脂针将纳米脂肪分层注射至上睑凹陷部位。结果：本组21例患者，术后随访3个月，除1例重度凹陷改善不明显外，其余患者上睑凹陷外观改善效果满意，两侧基本对称，并且眼部呈现年轻化状态。结论：纳米脂肪移植技术操作简单，手术时间短，在修复上睑容积缺失的同时，达到了面部年轻化的效果，患者满意度高，值得在临床中推广。
