    [摘要]目的：探究光固化流體树脂应用于乳前牙龋患儿修复治疗中对修复体固位效果、牙髓活力的影响。方法：选择2019年2月-2020年2月湖北医药学院附属口腔医院儿童口腔及预防保健科收治的乳前牙龋患儿62例，根据随机数字表将患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组31例。对照组：31例，患牙85颗，采用复合树脂填充修复治疗;观察组：31例，患牙78颗，采用光固化流体树脂联合复合树脂填充的修复方法。对比两组的疗效、治疗后的修复体固位效果评分、边缘密合性评分、牙髓活力评分及术后发生的各类并发症。结果：治疗后，观察组治疗有效率100.00%，高于对照组的92.94%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：将光固化流体树脂使用在乳前牙龋患儿的修复治疗中，可以提升治疗效果，可一定程度改善修复体固位效果、边缘密合性、牙髓活力，具有良好的安全性。
