    [摘要]目的：探讨女性患者重睑术后满意度与身体意向的相关性。方法：采用一般资料调查表和身体意象状态量表对上海市某三级甲等医院的137例女性患者重睑术前进行问卷调查，术后1个月采用术后满意度量表进行电话回访。结果：患者的身体意向总分为(28.52±6.19)分;患者的术后满意度平均分为(4.52±0.79)分;两者总分及多数条目之间呈正相关(r=0.171～0.313，P<0.05)。结论：女性患者重睑术后满意度与身体意向呈显著正相关，患者身体意象越积极，术后满意度越高。医护人员在为患者提供安全、专业的医疗服务时，应该注意增进患者的身体意象水平，从而提高患者的术后满意度。
