    [摘要]目的：探讨自体颗粒脂肪联合脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-GEL)移植治疗面部凹陷的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年10月-2019年12月笔者医院收治的80例面部凹陷患者为研究对象，随机数字法分为两组，对照组40例，研究组40例。对照组应用透明质酸钠注射治疗，研究组应用自体颗粒脂肪联合脂肪干细胞胶移植，对比两组临床疗效及患者满意度。结果：研究组短期治疗有效率、远期治疗有效率及患者满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：面部凹陷治疗过程中，应用自体颗粒脂肪联合脂肪干细胞胶移植取得了满意的效果，其短期、远期治疗的效果均较高，而且术后并发症发生率较低，患者的痛苦较少，能够提高患者的临床满意度，值得进一步推广应用。
