    [摘要]目的：观察Super-Bond C&B 在口腔临床治疗磨牙合面重度磨耗致牙本质敏感的作用。方法：收集磨牙咬合面因重度磨耗所致牙本质敏感症的62例患者(共128颗患牙)进行研究，采用自身对照方法，在同一标准下进行即刻和6个月后疗效比较和6个月后充填物的脱落情况分析。结果：即刻治疗有效率为97.66%，6个月后治疗有效率为89.84%，6个月后10颗患牙的充填物脱落，脱落率为7.81%。结论：Super-Bond C&B对磨牙重度磨耗致牙本质敏感具有较好的治疗效果，可以推广应用，但该种材料仍存在一定的脱落情况。

    Super-Bond C&B is Used to Improve Occlusal Advanced Wear and Dentine Hypersensitivity： A Clinical Observation

    Abstract：Objective? Observation of Super-Bond C&B is used to improve effects of occlusal advanced wear and dentine hypersensitivity. Methods 62 patients with occlusal advanced wear and dentine hypersensitivity (62 patients，128 teeth) were selected and then treated by Super-Bond C&B. To compare instant effectiveness and that of 6 months after treatment with the unified standard by self control and observe the falling off of fillings 6 months later after treatment. Results? The instant effective rate is 97.66% and that 6 months later is 89.84% with ten fillings falling off. The falling rate is 7.81%. Conclusion? Super-Bond C&B is an effective desensitizer for occlusal advanced wear and dentine hypersensitivity. However ......
