    [摘要]增生性瘢痕的治疗一直以来都是整形外科的难点及重点，其治疗手段多种多样，因人而异。药物治疗一直都是其主要治疗手段之一，皮质类固醇激素尤其是曲安奈德为临床上运用最多的治疗瘢痕的药物，但越来越多的文献报道曲安奈德存在毛细血管扩张和色素沉着等副作用。人们开始寻找其他治疗瘢痕的药物，希望提高疗效和减少副作用，如：5-氟尿嘧啶、平阳霉素、A型肉毒毒素、钙通道阻滞剂及细胞因子相关药物等，它们越来越受到临床关注并被运用于临床中。不同的药物其治疗机制不同，使用方法也不尽相同，本文主要介绍近年来国内外常见的治疗增生性瘢痕的药物及其相关机制。
