    [摘要]目的：探讨头皮原位再植术修复全头皮撕脱伤的临床疗效，分享笔者医院治疗全头皮撕脱伤的临床经验。方法：选取2017年3月-2019年9月笔者医院收治的全头皮撕脱伤患者21例作为研究对象，入院后根据患者情况给予抗感染、抗休克等对症治疗。所有患者均采用头皮原位再植术治疗。术后两周拆线，检查回植头皮成活情况，进行疗效评价。出院后随访12个月以上，记录其并发症情况。结果：头皮原位再植术后，患者回植头皮成活良好，其中优14例，良5例，差2例，优良率为90.48%。随访期间，出现1例感染，1例头皮瘙痒，2例头皮肿胀，1例其他，并发症总发生率为23.81%。结论：头皮原位再植术修复全头皮撕脱伤疗效好，有效率高，并发症较少，能够有效恢复头部血运情况，提高回植头皮成活率，值得推广。
