    [摘要]目的：观察并评估30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年10月就诊的痤疮炎症后色素沉着患者40例，予以30%超分子水杨酸外用，治疗间隔4周，共治疗3次，治疗前后予以VISIA采集和分析圖像，每次治疗后随访患者不良反应，治疗结束后4周分析评价数据。结果：痤疮炎症后色素沉着经30%超分子水杨酸治疗后有效率为87.5%，满意度达90.0%，治疗后出现瘙痒、红斑、脱屑等不适，轻微且短暂。结论：30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着安全且有效，患者满意度较高。
