    [摘要]目的：觀察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合低剂量异维A酸胶囊治疗重度痤疮的安全性及疗效。方法：将入选的90例患者按就诊顺序分为异维A酸组、光动力组及联合组，每组30例。异维A酸组予异维A酸胶囊0.25mg/kg·d，疗程12周;光动力组予5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗，每周1次，共4次;联合组予异维A酸胶囊0.25mg/kg·d，疗程12周，联合光动力4次治疗。比较三组治疗后4周、12周的有效率及不良反应情况，评判临床疗效及安全性。结果：治疗4周后，光动力组与联合组有效率均高于异维A酸组(均P0.05)。结论：5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合低剂量异维A酸递减疗法治疗重度痤疮疗效确切，起效快、远期疗效佳，且不良反应轻，值得临床应用推广。
