    [摘要]皮肤的创面愈合是一个相对复杂的生物学过程，此过程中需密切协调级联反应来恢复和修复损伤部位，包括细胞迁移和增殖、血管生成、细胞外基质沉积和重塑。在愈合过程中，ADSCs起着不可或缺的作用，而经过特殊处理后的ADSCs可大大加快创面愈合过程，特别是对类似于癌性创面、失神经创面、内分泌疾病等引发的难愈性溃疡创面等特殊创面的治疗，ADSCs的应用还有待开发。本文从ADSCs在创面愈合中的作用机制、经过特殊处理的ADSCs在创面尤其是在难愈性创面的应用等方面进行综述。
