    [摘要]目的：探究翼狀胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术对改善翼状胬肉眼部美观度的效果。方法：选择2018年3月-2021年3月期间笔者医院收治的翼状胬肉患者60例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组(n=30，给予翼状胬肉切除)，观察组(n=30，给予翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术)，对比两组患者手术治疗效果、拆线时间、角膜上皮愈合时间、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜散光度、并发症及不适感情况。结果：观察组治愈率较对照组高，拆线时间、角膜上皮愈合时间较对照组短，复发率较对照组低(P0.05)。结论：与单纯切除术对比，翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗在改善散光度及泪膜稳定性方面的效果接近，能够降低复发率，减少术后不适感，减轻排异反应，缩短愈合时间。
