    [摘要]慢性创面的形成及愈合机制较为复杂，是目前医学界的一大难题。脂肪间充质干细胞(Adipose derived stem cells，ADSCs)是一类具有自我复制及多向分化潜能的成体干细胞，它对创面上皮化、血管化及调节创面炎症反应等的积极作用已被大量体外实验及基础实验证实，这表明ADSCs有望成为创面治疗的一种新的可行方法应用于临床。本文就ADSCs在慢性创面治疗中的研究进展做一综述。

    Abstract： The formation and healing mechanism of chronic wound is complex， which is a major problem in the medical field. Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs) is a kind of self replication and multi-directional differentiation potential of somatic stem cells， a large number of in vitro experiment and basic experiment has confirmed it to the wound of epithelium， blood vessels， regulate wound inflammation has a positive effect， which suggests that ADSCs is expected to become a new feasible method of wound treatment for clinical application.This article reviews the research progress of ADSCs in the treatment of chronic wounds. ......
