    [摘要]目的：观察内板、外板缝线标志法在缝合器式包皮环切术中应用效果。方法：245例患者随机分成两组，观察组130例，采用内板、外板缝线标志法进行缝合器式包皮环切术;对照组115例，采用常规法进行缝合器式包皮环切术。结果：两组间手术时间、内板保留长度、是否完全保留系带及外板长短合适度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：内板、外板缝线标志法可以在缝合器式包皮环切术中准确切割包皮内板、外板，使手术效果标准化，适用于各种品牌切割缝合器，具有良好的推广价值。
