    [摘要]目的：观察透明质酸填充剂改善上睑凹陷及眼周年轻化的临床效果。方法：33例存在明显上睑凹陷的就医者，给予多层次注射，评价填充效果及记录不良反应，进行术后随访。结果：本组33例就医者，上睑凹陷填充后的效果改善明显，没有发生严重并发症。结论：透明质酸填充上睑凹陷为一种简便易行、安全有效的治疗方法。
