    [摘要]自体脂肪移植术已有一百多年历史，如何提高移植脂肪存活率，减少并发症，一直是整形外科的研究热点。整形科医生们仔细研究了术中的每一个步骤，如：供区的选择、脂肪的获取、纯化、注射的方法等以求提高移植存活率。近十几年来，在移植前处理脂肪的方法上有较多新理论、新技术出现，如：提取及添加基质血管成分与脂肪来源干细胞、制成纳米脂肪与基质血管成分胶等。脂肪移植前进行纯化和加工是有必要且有益的，本文针对脂肪移植的处理技术以及相应处理对移植脂肪的影响进行综述。
