    [摘要]黄褐斑是皮肤科的常见病、多发病之一，本文从历史沿革、病因病机、临床施治等方面论述脾虚是黄褐斑发病的主要矛盾，探究脾与黄褐斑之间的联系，为临床上从脾论治黄褐斑提供了充分的理论依据。黄褐斑的病机责之于脾，黄褐斑的产生是脾失健运，升降失司，累及他脏而脏腑功能失调，气血失衡所致。治疗中当以健脾之法贯穿始终。辨证后可兼以补肾、理气、活血，祛湿之法。因此，从脾论治黄褐斑在临床上具有重大意义。

    Abstract： Chloasma is one of the common and frequently-occurring diseases in dermatology. This article discusses that the main contradiction of chloasma is the weakness of the spleen and stomach from the aspects of historical evolution， etiology and pathogenesis， and clinical treatment.
