    [摘要]目的：利用VISIA观察1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光联合水光注射改善面部老化的疗效。方法：选取2019年8月-2021年2月在笔者科室就诊的女性就医者50例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各25例。治疗组接受1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗+水光注射，对照组仅接受激光治疗。治疗前及疗程结束后1个月应用VISIA皮肤检测仪评价皮肤变化，同时观察是否出现不良反应。结果：VISIA皮肤检测仪检测治疗组治疗后纹理、毛孔、棕色斑区较治疗前改善明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后棕色区较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05);治疗组纹理、毛孔及棕色区评分改善均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组就医者均无严重不良反应。结论：1 064 nm Nd：YAG激光联合水光注射有效改善就医者面部皮肤老化症状，为临床治疗提供了一种新的联合治疗方案。
