    [摘要]目的：探讨黄金微针与微创手术治疗腋臭的临床疗效及安全性。方法：应用黄金微针治疗腋臭50例为实验组，应用微创手术治疗腋臭50例为对照组，术后随访6～12个月，观察其疗效及并发症发生情况。结果：实验组有效率为90.0%，对照组为92.0%，组间比較差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组术后并发症发生率为6.0%低于对照组的38.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：黄金微针治疗腋臭较微创手术具有安全快速，效果佳，无痛苦，不留瘢痕等优势，值得推广应用。

    Comparison of Curative Effect between Body Tite and Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Axillary Bromhidrosis
