    [摘要]色素痣是一种常见于颜面部等暴露部位的皮肤良性肿物，有恶变的可能。患者多因皮损影响美观而要求治疗，少数为防止恶变。色素痣的治疗方法主要包括手术切除、激光、冷冻、化学腐蚀等，但目前仍以手术切除为主，其中手术方式种类亦较多。不同的治疗方法和手术方式各具利弊，其选择需综合考虑多种因素的影响，特别是色素痣的大小。本文针对色素痣的治疗方式进行论述，旨在为临床医生的应用提供参考。
