    [摘要]目的：探讨肉毒毒素注射中毒的临床表现、治疗方法，以及肉毒抗毒素血清的治疗效果。方法：收集2019年1月-2021年4月收治的8例A型肉毒毒素中毒患者的临床资料，分析治疗前后的临床表现、血液实验室检查、心电图检查等，评估对症支持及抗毒素治疗效果。结果：8例患者经对症支持及抗毒素治疗后症状明显改善，预后良好，远期随诊无不适症状。结论：病史、临床表现及各项检查有助于肉毒毒素中毒的早期诊断，越早行对症支持及抗毒素治疗，对预后越有意义。
