    [摘要]侧貌美观在正畸治疗中尤为重要，其中颏部一直是医生与患者关注的焦点。不同错牙合类型的患者颏部位置形态有其不同的特点。对正畸患者颏部进行术前术后主观评价与客观测量分析，能更加直观地发现颏部位置及形态的变化，并了解不同人群对颏部的审美偏好，为正畸治疗提供更为可靠的解剖学基础及理论支持。主观分析法包括视觉模拟评分法、李克特量表等评分法，客观分析法包括二维测量法、三维测量法等，了解这些评分方法的优缺点，有利于正畸美学的进一步发展。

    Abstract： The profile is particularly important during orthodontic treatment， where the chin has always been the focus of attention of doctors and patients. The morphology and position of chin in patients with different types of malocclusion have different characteristics.
