    [摘要]目的：探讨应用舌形瓣重建内眦力学结构方法矫正内眦赘皮的临床效果。方法：对2021年1月-2022年1月笔者医院收治的130例内眦赘皮患者行舌形瓣重建内眦力学结构法矫正内眦赘皮术。设计新的内眦韧带固定点，游离出舌形瓣，重新搭建内眦韧带的力学结构，调整内眦形态，切除多余皮肤后缝合。结果：130例患者中125例完成随访，随访时间6～12个月。患者术后内眦形态良好，泪阜显露良好，切口瘢痕不明显，复发率低，患者总体满意率96.15%。结论：舌形瓣重建内眦力学结构法矫正内眦赘皮效果良好，近远期观察矫治后形态稳定，并发症极低，值得推广。
