    [摘要]目的：探讨数字化导板辅助下重度牙周炎患者全口种植的效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2020年12月在笔者医院口腔科行全口种植的重度牙周炎患者64例，随机分为常规组和研究组，每组32例。常规组采用常规种植操作，研究组在数字化导板辅助下进行种植修复。术后评估两组的种植体偏差值、牙周指数、并发症、生活质量及患者满意度。结果：研究组种植体偏差值均小于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组菌斑指数、探诊深度、龈沟出血指数均小于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率(6.25%)低于常规组(25.00%)，研究组生活质量评分均低于常规组，研究组总满意度(90.62%)高于常规组(68.75%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对重度牙周炎患者使用数字化导板进行全口种植修复能提高种植精确性，促进牙周健康，减少并发症，改善生活水平，增加患者的满意度。
