    [摘要]目的：探讨基于微信管理平台的护理模式在白癜风患儿治疗中的作用。方法：选取笔者医院收治的50例白癜风患儿为研究对象，所有患儿均采用相同药物治疗联合308 nm准分子光治疗。根据护理方式的差异将患儿分为两组，其中研究组患儿26例，采用基于微信管理平台的护理模式干预；对照组患儿24例，采用常规护理模式干预。比较两组患儿疗效、依从性、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果：护理干预后，研究组患儿临床總有效率、依从性、生活质量及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组患儿SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：应用基于微信管理平台的护理模式干预白癜风患儿，可提高患儿疗效及依从性，改善患儿的心理状态，提高患儿的生活质量，护理满意度高，值得临床推广应用。
