    [摘要]寻常痤疮是一种好发于颜面、胸背部的损容性疾病，传统医学认为其与肺脾肝失调及风湿热毒、瘀血痰浊阻于体内相关。刺络拔罐作为痤疮中医外治的典型方法之一，已在临床广泛应用，疗效可靠。刺络拔罐治疗寻常痤疮能明显改善皮损状态，但存在操作方法不统一、实验设计不严谨、缺乏远期疗效观察等问题。故本文通过回顾近7年的相关文献，从单纯刺络拔罐、刺络拔罐结合中药、针刺、火针、其他外治法、综合疗法六个方面进行总结，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
