    [摘要]痤疮，是由于毛囊皮脂腺异常改变而引发的一种慢性炎症性疾病，迟发性痤疮发于25岁以上的人群，且多为女性，其中冲任失调型女性患者的发病与月经周期存在特定的相关性，多为经前严重，经后缓解。中药人工周期疗法以肝肾统摄的性腺轴为根基，根据月经周期运行中的阴阳气血变化，在不同的月经周期选择不同的中药方治疗。此法不仅顺应了现代医学女性月经周期排卵的特点，而且结合了古代中医的辨证施治整体观念及方药的运用，具有更深入的研究空间。
