    [摘要]脂溢性脱发虽不影响身体健康，但头发进行性减少会给患者的外观带来影响，又因其反复难愈，治疗困难，严重影响患者的心理健康及生活质量。徐宜厚教授通过中医整体观对脂溢性脱发辨证施治，证分血热风燥、脾胃湿热、肝肾湿热三型。治疗中注意安神药物的使用，同时配合针灸、外洗方内外兼治，因人制宜，女性患者强调调理冲任，临床取得良效。
