    [摘要]目的：探討双牙合垫矫治器对骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形软硬组织的改善作用。方法：选取2018年10月-2021年5月笔者医院收治的102例骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患儿纳入研究，给予患儿双牙合垫矫治器治疗。矫治周期为12个月，分别于矫治前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片，由专业人员进行测量、描图。对患儿矫治前后软硬组织形态进行比较，采用Ricketts美容线对矫治合格率进行评估。结果：矫治后，SNB、U1-NA等硬组织指标大于矫治前，ANB、L1-NB、U1-NA、L1-NB均小于矫治前(P<0.05)；矫治后，FH-N'Pm、上唇沟深度、Sn-H线距、Pog-Pm'等软组织指标均大于矫治前，H角小于矫治前(P<0.05)；其余软硬组织测量项目比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；矫治后，102例患儿中有97例达到合格及以上标准，矫治合格率为95.09%；95例患儿对矫治效果满意，满意度为93.14%。结论：采用双牙合垫矫治器矫治骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患儿可取得明显疗效，有效减少切牙突度及覆盖情况，在骨性Ⅱ类磨牙关系以及面部软硬组织形态方面具有较好的改善效果。
