    [摘要]为探索古代医家内治法治疗痤疮用药规律，运用“中国期刊全文数据库”检索古籍记载的内治法从热论治痤疮的方剂，结合现代药理学研究，分析其遣方用药、配伍规律以及临床效果。从热论治痤疮，古代医家认为痤疮的病因病机包括感邪阳郁、肺经血热、脾胃湿热、年少阳盛和体虚生火，治疗上采用清肺枇杷饮、枇杷叶丸和黄芩清肺饮以清宣肺热，防风通圣散、冬葵散以清利湿热，六味地黄丸、五参丸以补虚泻火，毡根煎、加味甘桔汤以清热散结。文章分析了痤疮中医内治法从热论治的疗效，以飨同道。
