    [摘要]目的：评价部分切端包绕式贴面修复前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2020年5月-2021年6月笔者医院就诊的60例前牙牙体缺损患者资料，共85个修复体。采用改良Ryge贴面复查标准对修复体术后1个月和6个月的临床效果进行评价。结果：术后6个月内，有1个修复体舌侧边缘崩折，有2例患者术后敏感，有1例患者2个修复体色泽出现改变，其余修复体的各项指标均能达到满意效果。结论：部分切端包绕式贴面修复前牙牙体缺损具有良好的临床修复效果。
