    [摘要]目的：探討镜像理论指导下的康复护理模式在断指再植患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2021年12月于笔者医院接受断指再植术治疗的150例患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75)。对照组术后接受常规康复训练，观察组在常规康复训练基础上结合镜像理论指导下康复护理，比较两组再植指感觉功能分级、Michigan手功能评估量表(Michigan hand outcome questionnaire，MHQ)评分、静态两点辨别觉(Static two-point discrimination，S2PD)以及医学应对方式量表(Medical coping modes questionnaire，MCMQ)评分。结果：术后3个月，观察组面对维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)，回避、屈服维度得分低于对照组(P<0.05)；术后6个月，观察组再植指感觉功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组MHQ量表的外观、日常活动、工作情况、满意度和总体功能维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组再植指S2PD低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：镜像理论指导下的康复护理模式能够促进再植指功能恢复，可调整患者心理状态，使患者更积极的面对疾病，患者满意度高，值得在临床推广。
