    [摘要]安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者口内表现为前牙内倾，覆牙合较深，通常侧貌较佳，故在正畸治疗时，期望改变切牙轴向，打开咬合，恢复前牙正常覆牙合覆盖，但尽可能不破坏软组织侧貌。该类患者由于上切牙舌向倾斜，常常导致上前牙牙根紧贴唇侧骨皮质，造成牙根及牙槽骨形态改变，而受遗传、环境等因素的影响，患者的牙体发育时也会有不同于其他错牙合畸形患者的特点，这些因素均会对牙的移动以及牙槽骨的改建造成影响。因此，在正畸治疗前后，均应了解并关注这类患者上前牙区牙及牙槽骨的形态及变化，控制牙体进行安全有效的移动。

    Abstract： In patients with Class Ⅱ Division 2， the oral manifestations of the anterior teeth are inverted and the overbite is deep， but the patient usually has a better profile.
