    [摘要]肉毒毒素注射是近年来较受欢迎的皮肤微创美容手段之一，随着不同肉毒毒素产品获批及更多适应证的发展，亟需系统整理循证医学证据，并进一步针对肉毒毒素在皮肤科领域的应用提供全面具体的共识意见以指导临床，以期规范我国肉毒毒素在皮肤科的应用。本共识结合近5年最新文献，在2017版《肉毒毒素注射在皮肤美容中应用的专家共识》的基础上进一步完善常用美容适应证的注射要点，并增加了关于不同肉毒毒素产品的治疗建议、肉毒毒素在肌肉塑形、止汗、减少油脂分泌、改善玫瑰痤疮、面部轮廓提升及其他皮肤科应用方面的意见。
